Useful Links PLEASE HELP in late September of this year -2008 - I am travelling to Nepal where I shall be trekking for a month after which I will be staying on to work in the Kathmandu Valley in an orphanage for 20 children aged from 8 to 17 years. I will be there for a 4 month period before returning to the UK hopefully fully fit with all my altitude training and expecting to win all the races at next years Cape Wrath Challenge.(Well 1st at least in the very old Welsh Persons Category). I am funding the whole trip and stay myself but am hoping to raise money for the orphanage, one of the aims is to purchase a generator that is badly needed as they have daily 8hr power cuts. Please could you let those runners from past years that know and remember me and friends in Durness about this should they be interested in supporting me.
